• Emotional balance and positive emotions are directly related to the ability to be productive, resourceful and effective.
• Coaching can assist in the growth and development of the professionals and leaders of tomorrow and can effectively enhance productivity, improve job satisfaction and longevity.
• Coaching stimulates individuality, it allows you to decide for yourself what is the best approach in solving challenges and how to better interact with bosses, managers and customers.
What can an Experienced Coach do for You?
• Our experienced and seasoned life and business coaches are ABNLP (American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming) accredited and certified Master Coaches of NLP and have extensively travelled the globe to understand diverse cultural backgrounds and needs. They hold university degrees from USA and Europe and come from a variety of backgrounds in business, management as well as teaching.
• A coach will listen to you and treat you with the respect, compassion and understanding that you deserve. A coach finds the stuff that isn’t working in your life, whatever it might be that upsets you, whatever places you might get stuck. Challenges, obstacles and difficulties are all neon signs pointing directly at our most important life lessons. Most of us just lack the key to understanding and integrating these experiences, so that we can become free to choose and create what we want for ourselves.
Coaching is the right choice for you if you can honestly answer any of the statements below with YES.

• I am ready for more fun and enjoyment in my life.
• I’d like to work less and make more money.

We help you identify your personal underlying belief and governing value system. You may find out that you are following an unhealthy life(style) or are trapped in a work environment or job that doesn’t fulfill your soul’s purpose. Coaching will dig deep into your personal belief system and you will become aware how you filter life’s experiences – good and bad – and how you shape your own personal world – and associated outcomes in your life. There will be many “aha” moments during the course of this journey to yourself.
Who Works With A Coach?
Entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and people in transition are some of the people who typically work with a coach. Regardless of their professional endeavor or place in life, all of our clients have one thing in common: they are all successful, resourceful, and intelligent individuals who want to get even more out of their lives. Coaching is like having a personal trainer for your life!
What does a Coaching Session look like?
Initial executive coaching agreements are for a period of 4 weeks, with the understanding that the client decides how much coaching would be beneficial and for how long. A coaching session can occur over the phone or in person. (The vast majority of all coaching sessions take place over the phone.) After the initial intake session, coaching sessions are usually 60 minutes in length and take place on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The client brings his or her agenda to the coaching session. An on-the-job assignment is co-created with the client to put any new insights into action between coaching sessions.
Why can’t I just read a good Coaching or Self-help Book to solve my issues?
There is a wide choice of books available and it is good to read them, however, it is unlikely that any of the books can help you design a results oriented “journey to yourself” as an experienced coach can do for you. Also books do not give you feedback – a coach does – positive and critical and never harmful!
Does the Coach have to know my Area of Business/Work to be effective?
No! Your coach does not necessarily have to be an expert in your chosen area of work or business. In fact a coach can guide you even better being completely naïve about your background, this way s/he will ask questions to shake your model of the world and helps you thus achieving new insights on who you really are and what you can be.
Which geographical areas do you serve?
Most of the coaching can be done by phone or upon request by email, so no geographical boundaries apply.
How many coaching sessions will I need?
Nobody can predetermine how many sessions are needed for an individual case but from experience, the average is a minimum of 4 – 6 and can go up to 10 sessions or more depending on the individual. By that time, you and your coach have explored the problem space, defined clear, measurable, smart and achievable, exciting new goals, designed robust strategies to reach those goals, and started out down the path. We will have explored the “brain space” of the client too – finding their fears, hidden beliefs and the other things which trap people into small sad lives for poor reasons. After that, you can push forward on your life path.
What about confidentiality?
All content of executive coaching sessions is held in strictest confidence. This content is NOT shared with your employer.
How does Coaching differ from Therapy?
Coaching is forward-looking – focused in the present and the future. It is practical and down-to-earth, looking at concrete ways to make real progress in the world in the areas listed above such as family, work, finance, personal development, health, spirituality. The services of a therapist should be enlisted when there is a serious mental or psychological condition.
Are there any Problems where Coaching is not appropriate for?
Yes. Coaching is not appropriate for the following conditions: serious medical conditions, drug addiction or any other substance abuse, or mental illness. In these cases the individual needs to avail of the services of a member of the medical profession.
