Setting up a Small Business has now become an easy and affordable process. The set up is through a Northern Emirates Free Zone that operates a business center in Dubai. They offer investors a business license (e.g. IT, Event, Management Consulting, Administrative, Sales Promotion), 3-year residence visa and eligibility for opening a corporate bank account with any UAE bank.
This cost-effective set is now available for AED 39,100 p.a. (incl. business license, registration fees, PO Box and hot-desk fees for 1 year) plus AED 4,950 p. person visa fees (max. 5 visa can be obtained with this set up). You get a proper Dubai street/building address that can be used as your official business address.
This set up (no local sponsor required) gives you a Dubai address and hot-desk facility that can be used every working day from 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. on a first come first serve basis.

Procedure can be started by email. For opening a bank account you have to come to Dubai to sign in person. Visa procedure can be started after legal set up is completed.
